Complaint Specialist I
BD Nogales Norte The Specialist 1, Complaint Management role is responsible for decontamination and investigation of the APM (or Pyxis/MMS) devices. This role supports the daily activities of technical staff in an assigned area. Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge of dispensing products and how they are used and serviced. Ensures complaint investigation findings are provided to appropriate personnel in a timely manner and escalates to Management critical issues as necessary. Contributes to projects that drive product safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensures complaint investigation documentation and records are complete and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Accountable for individual results. Shares experience with others to meet objectives in own area of responsibility. May develop procedures & methods to investigate products, materials, components, and/or operational quality. Performs other related duties as required by Supervisor. Qualifications (Education & Experience)
Associates degree (AS) or comparable industry experience. At least 2 years of experience in Quality or Complaint Handling. Experience with SAP and TrackWise. Working knowledge of APM/PMX/Pyxis/MMS devices. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Works independently with little or minimal guidance. Attention to detail and accuracy. Great communication and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines within a fast?paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Flexibility and organizational skills to manage adapting to competing priorities. Physical Demands
May require standing or walking, stooping or kneeling; frequent hand use; regular sitting, talking, seeing, and hearing. Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Environmental Conditions
Laboratory conditions with moderate noise, temperature, and humidity control; reasonable accommodations available. Salary Range
$33.80 - $55.80 USD hourly Location
