We've partnered with a $100M steel erector company looking to hire a Senior Estimator in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities
Review construction bid documents.
Calculate the values of administration, procurement, materials, equipment, and material installation.
Evaluate bid specifications and drawings.
Follow up with general contractors.
Lead, direct, and coordinate daily project management.
Set up job reports for cost analysis and help facilitate job completion.
Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage project management constraints (cost, time, scope, quality, etc.).
Requirements
Project management degree, estimating training, and/or 10+ years in the construction industry.
4+ years of experience working for a steel erector.
Acute attention to detail and extensive knowledge in the steel construction trade.
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Bluebeam, and Project Management software.
