Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and plans
Research destinations, accommodations, flights, activities, and packages to create tailored travel options
Offer professional recommendations on resorts, cruises, excursions, and travel insurance
Arrange and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages
Prepare and manage client itineraries, confirmations, and updates
Stay current on travel promotions, destination information, and supplier training
Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trip
Keep accurate notes and records of client interactions and bookings
Qualifications
A genuine passion for travel and helping others
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable multitasking
Ability to learn booking systems and supplier tools (training provided)
Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
