The
Escrow Support Processor
is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with escrow initiation and closing of residential escrows.
Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches regarding document processing and procedures.
Work on both escrow openings and closings with attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Relieve branches of high‑volume paperwork through efficient document management.
Required qualifications for the position include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow escrow procedures and understand regulations governing the escrow process.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
1‑2 years of escrow processing experience.
Strong decision‑making skills.
Pay Rate Range: $19.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
