What Will You Do? The Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up Wesco Turf products within a specified territory, driving tractor‑trailer combinations with either flat‑bed or box trailers.
Transport equipment to and from customers and other locations without damage.
Responsible for loading and unloading the truck.
All equipment loaded onto flatbed must be properly secured with straps to prevent damage and injury.
The driver is responsible for ensuring all loads on their truck are properly secured.
Achieves daily requirements without accidents, citations, or damage to personal property.
Selects routes to travel in an efficient manner to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize transit time.
Has knowledge of the service area and the ability to use maps.
Maintains good attendance, punctuality, and flexible daily work hours.
Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation with other departments and employees.
Assists in the training and routing of new delivery associates.
Properly handles paperwork, including driver logs, delivery certificates, obtaining customer signatures, and any associated monetary collections.
Performs daily operational checks of the vehicle and reports deficiencies immediately.
Keeps the vehicle clean and professional in appearance.
Assists in various warehouse duties, such as pulling, staging, loading, unloading, put away, and general warehouse and office maintenance.

Requirements What Do You Need?
Must possess a Class A Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to safely operate various types of outdoor power equipment.
Drivers must have excellent customer relations skills.
Forklift training and certification is helpful.
