They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional experience for professional customers, from order fulfillment to product recommendations.

Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge.

Proactively drive sales by building relationships, leveraging product knowledge, and presenting tailored recommendations.

Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.

Collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.

Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to support store objectives.

Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations.
