Whether assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge, the team helps ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success. Collaboration is key, with team members working together to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors. The Pro Customer Service/Sales Team supports store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations; specific language varies based on customer need.

Responsibilities

Assist at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, and offering specialized paint and product knowledge.

Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers and proactively drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.

Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.

Monitor inventory and uphold high standards of customer service and safety.

Qualifications

Customer service orientation with ability to deliver exceptional service to Pro customers.

Product knowledge relevant to pro customers and the ability to provide tailored recommendations.

Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations; language varies by customer need.
