Panel Operator Responsible for support in the areas of production and related activities in a manner that supports the operations of production of the organization at the Fresno, CA plant.
Pay:
$19.00 an hour
Hours:
5:00 pm - 5:00 am
Schedule:
Monday - Friday ( Must be flexible to work weekends. )
Location:
Fresno, CA

Core Responsibilities
Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.
Maintains the best interest of Lyons Magnus first and foremost.
Work with employees of Lyons Magnus in a positive and constructive manner to maintain a professional relationship. Demonstrates courtesy, discretion, friendliness and diplomacy.
Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed.
Responsible for running product to the processor and fillers.
Monitor product flow to ensure consistency during production.
Ensure product meets formula specifications such as Brix, pH, viscosities, and other standards.
Record and communicate any deviations from formula specifications.
Ensure the team correctly labels all packaging according to requirements.
Confirm the team follows all information on the PI Sheet, including fill weights, fill temperatures, and color.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and team needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing, including kettle mixers, pumps, heaters and electrical panels.
Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements.
Required Qualifications
High school or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/manufacturing of foods and beverages.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
