Salary $15.91 - $17.91 an hour with opportunities for continued advancement.
Job Summary
Inbound Calls - no sales calls or cold calling
Pre-Sales Assistance
Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens
Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders
Post-Sales Assistance: status updates/order tracking, troubleshooting using available guides, entering orders - parts, repair, remakes, issue credits
Requirements Education and Experience
High School Diploma required
Skills/Training
Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
Ability to build relationships with customers
Good analytical skills
Basic computer skillsMultitasking skills
Reliability
Paid comprehensive training provided
Product knowledge
Systems knowledge
Account management skills
All CS agents have an ongoing success coach to aid in understanding performance and career path opportunities for continued growth/advancement
