This person will be the first point of contact as users within the organization seek assistance and support for any IT‑related issues. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, taking inbound calls and managing support tickets via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting hardware and printer issues, and resolving common software application problems such as password resets. The candidate must have excellent customer‑service experience and a go‑getter attitude as they will be interfacing with individuals across the entire organization. This person must have good written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
