What’s a typical day as a Customer Care Specialist? You’ll be:

Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, following standard screens and scripts.

Resolving customer questions and problems, referring complex issues to higher levels for guidance.

Assessing customer needs and suggesting alternative products or services.

Navigating computer systems to complete customer registrations and support service departments.

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

Hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Have 0-2 years of general experience in an office setting or customer service.

Possess good verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.

Are available to work between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
