Overview
Flynn Management Corporation is hiring a Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr. Responsibilities
Perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs as needed. Own and use appropriate tools; work independently with self-motivation. Respond to emergency needs as on-call schedule requires. Qualifications
3 - 5 years of similar experience preferred Must have knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs Self-motivated, able to work independently, own tools Must have driver\'s license and evidence of automobile liability insurance Must pass a basic maintenance exam; provide references from prior supervisors Pre-employment drug, alcohol and background screening Shifts and Employment Type
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (1/2 hour lunch) On-call for emergencies Full-time Requirements
