Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Overview Monitoring store locations to detect, investigate, and resolve internal and external situations that could lead to or result in losses to the company.
Responsibilities
Monitor for indicators of theft, investigate, document, and report findings.
Conduct surveillance as required.
Review store media for discrepancies and document findings.
Use analog and digital video recording equipment.
Enforce company policy by reporting violations.
Appear in court to testify on behalf of the company as required.
Physical Demands
Adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions.
Full hand and arm usage to operate equipment.
Full body rotation and movement for responsive action.
Ability to climb ladders.
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Can stand and sit for extended periods.
Ability to defend self and apprehend shoplifters.
Ability to interview internal and external subjects.
Ability to drive between stores within a district.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Sound decision making and judgment; remain calm in stressful situations.
Fluent in English.
Basic computer skills.
Able to work alone and in team situations.
Available to work weekends and nights as required.
Maintain minimum 40 hours per week.
Some vacation restrictions apply during peak business.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
Successfully complete a background screening.
