Amphenol Mobile Consumer Products (MCP) provides a broad range of components in multiple markets, with presence on more than 50% of the world’s mobile devices produced each year. Amphenol MCP designs and manufactures antennas, interconnect products, and other components found in mobile phones and other mobile devices; as well as antennas for automotive and other markets. Our capability for high-volume production of these technically demanding, miniaturized products, combined with our speed of new product introduction, is a critical factor for our success in these markets.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Convert business opportunities into revenue while meeting sales and margin targets.
Lead sales engagement for component categories including module, stamping, molding, machining, and insert molding used in consumer products.
Provide high-quality account service and support overall business growth strategy.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and achieve annual account revenue and margin targets; full ownership of account performance.
Execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the NBO (New Business Opportunity) pipeline, including identifying and driving new project opportunities.
Develop good relationship with customer’s different function members and maintain positive attitude at customers and factory all the time.
Work closely with internal PM, R&D, Customer Service, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure project success, timely shipments, and target profitability.
Partner with China plant teams for project development, technical discussions, and issue resolution.
Monitor customer business trends, provide insights, and support management in preparing strategic responses.
Represent the company professionally and strengthen our presence within customer organizations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or above.
1-3 years of sales or key account management experience.
Strong commercial mindset; proactive and persistent in pursuing business.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred.
