Compensation
Base salary: $35,000 annually Commission on all personal sales: 0.75% Higher commission rates on select products: up to 7.5% Monthly bonus opportunities for key performance goals Additional bonus for customer satisfaction Potential total earnings exceed $55,000 for high performers
Benefits
120 hours PTO yearly, awarded on day one 6 paid holidays 3 earned sick days Health care paid 50% by employer Dental and vision available at group discounts 401(k) plan (depending on store profit)
Schedule
Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5 pm Every other Saturday 8 am‑noon Full‑time position
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications Input information into proprietary move software to provide accurate estimates and schedule moves Handle customer concerns calmly, displaying professionalism Prepare move‑related documents as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year sales and/or customer service experience; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, or similar sales‑driven experience preferred Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful) Effective listening and communication skills Motivated by exceeding goals Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills Analytical problem‑solving ability Attention to detail Strong selling skills and confidence to initiate a sale Adaptability to changing priorities Team player with ability to work across diverse personalities Basic computer and keyboarding skills Willingness to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen
