Assistant Maintenance Technician
The Paskin Group at The Chateau on the River Apartments in Fort Worth, TX, is hiring a full‑time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our property. This role offers further training and promotion opportunities within a reputable property management company dedicated to its employees.
Pay Range And Benefits
Competitive wage of $23‑$25/hour, depending on experience, plus shared renewal commission

Responsibilities
Complete work orders, clean grounds, and prepare vacant units
Pick up trash, sweep curbs, and maintain common areas
Keep workshop, utility room, and mechanical rooms clean, orderly, and free of hazards
Track inventory, place orders for materials, and provide receipts to the property manager and maintenance supervisor
Respond within thirty minutes during designated on‑call hours
Qualifications
HVAC and pool certified
Experience using a variety of tools and equipment
Experience reading blueprints and architectural documents
Experience reviewing bids and supervising outside contractors
Experience maintaining files and inventory of supplies
Ability to lift 50‑75 lbs and perform other physical duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem‑solving abilities
Work Schedule Typical schedule of 40 hours Monday through Friday with shared emergency on‑call hours.
