Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
Work with the food program and ensure store appearance meets high standards.
Maintain fast and friendly service to all customers inside and outside the store.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with many customers daily while contributing to a fun, energetic team.
Key Skills
Ability to sell products to customers.
Provide excellent customer care.
Clear communication and friendly conversation.
Perform at a quick pace while enjoying the work.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Generate creative solutions to problems.
Think quickly and offer suggestions.
Qualifications
Retail and customer service experience.
Sales associate or cashiering experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in your career.
Willingness to learn and have fun.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye‑hand coordination, possibly including ladder climbs to retrieve materials or places signs.
