Responsibilities
Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.
Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP.
Write accurate estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex.
Qualifications
Excellent communication & time management skills.
Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
Mathematics to calculate service costs and count change.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
