Job Overview This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. The role includes verifying purchases, assisting with returns, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers at the entrance and provide friendly assistance.
Verify purchases and check identification when required.
Assist customers with returns and inquiries related to purchases.
Monitor store entrances for safety, ensuring secure access.
Respond to incidents and report any suspicious activity.
Follow all company policies and procedures for loss prevention.
