JOB DESCRIPTION The Maintenance Painter is responsible for general property and facility painting, paint repairs, and unit make‑readies to ensure quality standards and appealing grounds. The position is hands‑on, requiring consistent safety compliance and high quality delivery.

Perform routine painting tasks on community grounds and parking areas.

Complete all work orders timely, providing detailed information about tasks and equipment used.

Help maintain proper levels of materials and supplies for campus efficiency.

Maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in the attendance policy.

Possess a working knowledge of residential building painting and perform maintenance painting of walls, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, and floors.

Communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Work under general supervision with integrity and flexibility.

High School or GED diploma.

At least 1 year of experience in residential apartment complexes, commercial building construction, or painting.

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired.

Knowledge of knock‑down and orange‑peel techniques.

Bradenton, FL 34209: reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
