Scientific Sales Associate (Chemistry)

Responsibilities
Apply technical knowledge of chemistry, laboratory skills, creative thinking and aptitude towards troubleshoot issues in chemical manufacturing.
Work closely with Technical Support to help resolve customer issues that require in-depth experimental investigation.
Generate new business by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects.
Qualify inbound leads from our website and marketing channels.
Schedule and lead educational introductory conversations with prospective customers.
Requirements
BS or MS in Chemistry, ChemE, or Life Science.
1-3+ years of industry experience in scientific sales support or application engineering (inside or outside sales).
Experience working in chemical coatings, advanced materials, or related industrial applications preferred.
