As a Car Wash Attendant / Customer Experience Representative, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Here is what your role includes: Customer Engagement:
Welcome customers, assist with questions, promote unlimited wash memberships, and guide new customers through wash options and services. Operations & Safety:
Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and monitor equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations. Attention to Detail:
Conduct vacuum checks and maintain our "Sparkle Assurance" standards, ensuring each wash exceeds expectations. We support career growth, including roles such as Assistant Leader, Site Leader, Trainer, or Maintenance Technician, with tools and opportunities to succeed.
