Campaign Specialist
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a motivated
Campaign Specialist
to support sales, customer engagement, and lead generation efforts. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in sales, campaign execution, and client support while developing the skills needed to advance into leadership and management.>
What You’ll Do
Generate new leads through relationship building and direct customer engagement
Support sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
Participate in ongoing product and sales training
Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaign strategies
Review sales activity, performance, and prospective customers with management
Assist with day‑to‑day sales operations and campaign execution
Support client initiatives by helping maximize campaign performance and ROI
Handle basic troubleshooting, customer inquiries, and campaign‑related requests
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of customer service, sales, or related experience (preferred, not required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform well in fast‑paced environments
Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
Problem‑solver who can handle customer concerns professionally
Able to work independently while contributing to a team‑focused environment
Organized, dependable, and goal‑oriented
