AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to give every guest an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than when they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of our brand, and you bring your authentic self to work. RESPONSIBILITIES You engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Adapt easily to different zones – Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to a positive teamwork culture. Act with integrity, adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Passion for interacting with people. High energy and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love for AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. Minimum age 16.
