Tidal Loans is a private real estate lender and operator of the

Tidal Mortgage Fund , a real estate debt fund backed by private investors. We provide fast, reliable capital to real‑estate investors across the U.S., specializing in high‑quality, well‑structured loans that meet fund investor standards and protect the performance of our investment portfolio.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with mortgage brokers.

Run outbound calls, texts, emails & LinkedIn sequences.

Attend/host Houston investor events, meetups & partner meetings.

Structure deals within Tidal guidelines.

Set proper expectations on terms, documentation, timelines & conditions.

Maintain accurate notes & next actions in HubSpot + LOS.

Follow consistent follow-up cadences.

Build deep trust with brokers & investors.

Educate clients and maintain transparent communication throughout.

Partner with LOAs, processors & underwriting.

Submit clean, complete files to protect internal team time.

Grow funded loan volume by converting qualified real estate investors and brokers into funded deals — while ensuring clean, complete files for underwriting and the fund.

Ensure 100% of deals updated daily in HubSpot + LOS.

Qualifications

2+ years in mortgage or private lending (preferred).

Direct experience with DSCR, fix & flip, or bridge loans.

Strong investor lending knowledge (ARV, LTV, LTC, DSCR, ROI).

CRM + LOS discipline.

Houston‑based, in office 3–4 days/week.

Ability to work fast while staying organized.
