Pickle N Pins is seeking a passionate and energetic Padel Pro to lead our padel programming and grow the game within our community!
As a Padel Pro, you will be responsible for teaching lessons, organizing events, and creating an inclusive and engaging environment for players of all skill levels. Your love for the sport and ability to connect with people will help make Pickle N Pins a top destination for padel enthusiasts. Responsibilities: Instruct private and group padel lessons for beginner to advanced players Lead clinics, drills, and player development programs Organize and run leagues, tournaments, and social play events Promote padel programs and build strong relationships with members and guests Ensure courts are well-maintained and equipment is in good condition Assist in scheduling and coordinating padel activities with management Represent Pickle N Pins in a professional and positive manner on and off the court Qualifications: Competitive padel experience and/or professional certification (preferred but not required) Strong teaching and communication skills Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for growing the sport Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Experience in organizing events, leagues, or clinics is a plus Team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of professionalism If you’re ready to bring your padel expertise and energy to a vibrant, growing venue, apply today and become a part of the Pickle N Pins team!
