Pay Range Base pay: $22.00/hr – $24.00/hr. Direct rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour. Indirect rate: $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Regularly check in on a child's emotional, physical, and social well‑being, including observing behavior, academic progress, and home life.
Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, development of service plans, and follow‑up services.
Assess situations, identify issues, and create practical solutions to overcome barriers, particularly in challenging family dynamics or when accessing services.
Transport clients using personal vehicle, as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
Pass current, applicable clearances.
Pass pre‑employment and post‑offer drug screening.
Ability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
