We are an insurance brokerage and have access to many different companies so we can shop and compare coverages and rates for our clients. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site sales position for a Licensed Insurance Account Manager based in Fort Collins, CO. This position includes a base salary + commission. The more policies you sell, the more money you earn. Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively working our existing leads while leveraging existing relationships.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as their go‑to insurance advisor.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information.
Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long‑term clients.
Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction.
Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs.
Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles.
Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must currently hold a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license.
Must have 1+ years of property and casualty Insurance experience.
High school diploma.
Must be 18 years of age.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required.
Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations.
Pay range and compensation package Guaranteed Base $45K annually, PLUS commission. Average 1st year total earnings range from $50-65K through a combination of base pay and commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn $75k+.
