What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead technical discovery sessions across various teams to understand processes, data flows, and system constraints
Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design improved future processes using Fusion Manage
Collaborate with Fusion Data Sales Specialists to develop deal strategies and ensure technical accuracy
Deliver impactful demonstrations and solution walkthroughs showcasing how Fusion Manage addresses operational challenges
Validate technical requirements, confirm architecture, and resolve any technical blockers to achieve closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
Extensive experience in PLM, manufacturing systems, product development, or complex enterprise workflows
Strong technical discovery skills with the ability to re-architect cross-functional processes
Proficiency in mapping workflows and articulating data, integration, and configuration requirements
Experience in leading complex enterprise software sales cycles
Ability to effectively present to both technical teams and executive leaders

Proven capability to co-sell with partners and scope technical deliverables accurately
High energy, resilience, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of linking technology decisions to business outcomes
