Position Details

Reports to Susan Dinella-Cardinal

Direct oversight of 2‑5 associates

Location: Tampa – 10639 Crossroads Commerce Blvd

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Seasonal Saturday 7:30–11:00 a.m.)

Responsibilities

Lead overall counter operations, including hiring, feedback, scheduling, and ensuring efficient, quality service.

Supervise merchandising, organization and appearance of the counter.

Resolve complaints regarding products, customer purchases, and service professionally.

Approve volume discounts, pricing adjustments, and resolve pricing discrepancies.

Train associates on product specifications, merchandising, counter organization, and sales.

Develop new customers through direct advertising and promotional campaigns.

Participate in leadership meetings and represent operational concerns, policies, and guidelines to management.

Continuously improve system efficiencies and business practices.

Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct use of PPE.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years sales experience.

Local market knowledge preferred.

Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred.

Ability to handle many customers simultaneously.

Strong analytical ability with numbers.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail, integrity, professionalism.

Benefits & Compensation Pay range: $17.74 – $39.14 (hourly). Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
