Digital Travel Advisor (56300)
Join AAA Northeast's travel team and help bring members’ travel dreams to life! AAA has been serving its members for more than a century and is one of North America’s largest leisure travel agencies. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Travel Advisor.
Core Hours Friday 11:30 am – 8 pm, Saturday 8 am – 6:30 pm, Sunday 8 am – 6:30 pm, Monday 11:30 am – 8 pm
What You Will Do
Products and Sales – Sell travel products (tours, cruises, flights, car rentals, hotels, rail, insurance), qualify clients, complete sales process, and maintain client files.
Service – Provide AAA’s Five Diamond Service, resolve client issues and complaints, and adhere to club policies.
Travel Knowledge – Stay current on destinations, complete partner training and certifications.
Brand Ambassador – Use community and social networks, process reservations, cross‑sell club products and services, and collaborate with other departments.
For MVP/Digital Leads – Nurture online sales leads, respond to inquiries, follow up, and document activity in the CRM.
Live Support – Handle live chat inquiries and assist with incoming Travel Center calls.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1‑3 years in the travel industry.
