Warmly greet our members upon arrival and promote cross-selling of our financial products and services. Process member transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and customer service. Identify members’ financial needs to provide appropriate product recommendations, maintain professional standards and a courteous workplace, adhere to credit union policies and procedures, collaborate with co‑workers in a team‑spirit environment, and continuously develop knowledge through training and professional development. Qualifications / Requirements
Quality, accuracy of all member transactions. Accuracy of cash handling. Reliability, friendliness, thoroughness, and timeliness of services. Adherence to credit union regulations. Ability to earn the trust and respect of members, employees, and co‑workers. Effective communication and development of good working relationships with co‑workers. Professional workplace appearance and conduct. Confidentiality of credit union, member, and employee information. Participation in training and appropriate professional development. Reliability in reporting to work regularly and on time. Understanding and adherence to credit union policies and procedures.
