CDL A Regional Dry Van Team Driver – Portland, OR
CEVA Logistics is hiring a CDL A regional dry van driver in Portland, OR who is willing to team drive. The driver will transport automotive parts to and from specified destinations in the Portland area. All freight is delivered in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with State and Federal DOT regulations and TSA requirements.
Responsibilities
Transport automotive parts safely and efficiently to designated locations.
Ensure all shipments comply with State and Federal DOT regulations and TSA requirements.
Maintain accurate logs and reports using electronic log systems.
Follow route plan and company safety procedures.
Communicate with dispatch and maintain proper records of deliveries.
Schedule & Home Time
Home Weekends (Friday – Sunday)
Schedule: Monday–Friday out, home weekends
Routes: Oregon, Washington, and Idaho
Type of freight: Touch Freight (large auto parts)
Equipment
Newer fleet with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, full maintenance support, safety features and electronic logs.
Automatic transmission.
Speed governed at 70 mph.
Inward and outward facing event‑triggered cameras.
No slip seats.
Compensation
$1,900 weekly per driver (includes route pay of $353). Per diem: $45.
Bonuses: $2,500 sign‑on bonus and $1,000 referral bonus for each driver hired, paid after 90 days of employment; quarterly safe driving bonus (paid weekly via direct deposit).

Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED (or minimum 5 years of industry driving experience may be substituted).
Valid CDL A license with at least 6 months verifiable driving experience.
Doubles endorsement required.
Clean motor vehicle record: no more than 3 moving violations/traffic citations in past 3 years, no more than 2 preventable accidents in past 3 years, no DUIs/DWIs in past 5 years.
Meet DOT testing and physical requirements; knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
Pass required pre‑employment drug screen.
Read, write, speak English.
Hires within 45 miles of Portland, OR or willing to relocate.
