We are seeking an experienced

Engagement Director

to lead customer success and engagement initiatives across the

Department of Defense . This is a senior, strategic role responsible for ensuring that Govini’s platform is embedded into key mission workflows and that every client engagement delivers measurable impact.

What You’ll Do as an Engagement Director:

Serve as the primary relationship owner for senior DoD stakeholders - including acquisition, logistics, and industrial base policy teams.

Partner with program offices to translate mission requirements into actionable use cases on the Govini platform.

Develop strategic account plans focused on customer retention, renewal, and growth across large DoD programs.

What You Bring as an Engagement Director:

8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or program management within the

federal or defense sector .

Deep understanding of the Department of Defense landscape.

Proven ability to manage complex, data-driven programs with measurable mission outcomes.

Experience with enterprise software, analytics, or decision‑support tools.
