Corrugated Business Associate (Sales) – Los Angeles, CA

Join Packaging Corporation of America’s corrugated packaging business as a Sales-focused Corrugated Business Associate. This full‑time, salaried role is part of the GIFT (Generational Investment for Tomorrow) Program, designed for recent college graduates to gain rotational training across the plant and develop into a future Sales Representative. GIFT Program Overview

The GIFT Program is a 10‑12 month rotational training experience covering Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales. Participants attend group conferences, network, and receive professional training. Successful completion results in a full‑time Sales Representative position. Principle Accountabilities

Work closely and communicate often with the assigned GIFT Mentor to stay on track. Rotate through the four main departments: Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales. Work on assignments or projects under department supervisor guidance. Learn how plant departments inter‑operate and identify improvement opportunities. Present findings and potential solutions to supervisors and the GIFT Mentor. Attend and participate in GIFT program training conferences. Collaborate with other Corrugated Business Associates on projects. Follow company policies, share information for team benefit, and improve customer service delivery. Support PCA’s Commitment to Service by adding value, growing business, and keeping promises to customers. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required upon starting the position. Must obtain degree between 12/2025 and 05/2026. Ability to start between 05/2026 and 07/2026. Must be able to travel as necessary; possess valid travel documents. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds. Capacity to stand and sit for long periods. Capability to squat, kneel, and bend as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum one internship or co‑op, preferably related to the GIFT role. Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Fast learner who applies new knowledge. Strong written and verbal communication. Leadership experience or strong leadership drive. Strong interpersonal skills and networking ability. Quick and concise decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Teamwork orientation and appreciation for open communication.
