This Role Will Focus On Territory:
West Coast and Midwest (majority in California/Utah).
Travel:
30–40% field time.
Support office:
Irvine, CA.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop new customers from leads and manage key accounts to grow sales.
Respond to leads and sell WMFTG products for inclusion in OEM fluid path and equipment projects.
Quote and negotiate pricing and business agreements.
Act as liaison between factory and customers for custom engineered products.
Communicate the value proposition of WMFTG brands to Biopharma, Pharma, and Medical Device markets.
Monitor multi-year project pipeline from design phase through production.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of technical, pricing, delivery, or quality issues.
Lead customer experience management, working closely with support teams.
Who You’ll Be Working With
OEM customers and prospects in the Biopharmaceutical sector.
Internal teams including engineering, factory operations, and customer support.
National Sales Manager for strategy alignment.
Cross-functional colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and WMFTG brand loyalty.
Education & Experience What you’ll need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years related experience.
Experience in Life Sciences, particularly Biopharmaceutical or Medical Device.
Proven track record of consultative sales of premium products.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-year pipelines.
Preferred: Engineering or Biological Sciences degree.
Experience selling single-use products or related consumables in biopharma.
Knowledge of process engineering, electro-mechanical design, and regulatory systems.
Familiarity with electro-mechanical components (pumps, valves, motors).
Understanding of supply chain and production planning.
Physical Demands
Mobility: This is a remote position that primarily requires sitting at a desk or computer workstation for extended periods, with occasional need to stand or move around to maintain health and well‑being. Ability to regularly operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
Vision and Hearing: Ability to use a computer and read documents. Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients through video conferencing tools.
Dexterity: Basic hand dexterity for typing and using computer peripherals.

This position offers a salary range of $115,172 – $165,000. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
