Overview POSITION TITLE:

Lead Retail Stylist DEPARTMENT : Retail REPORTS TO : Store Manager

Position Summary The Lead Retail Stylist will supervise the Retail Stylist in daily store operations. Your purpose is to provide direction where needed and be an ongoing example of superior customer service. You will be a product expert to educate, inform, and outfit the customer for any occasion. You will have a “BYLT for you” mindset and be a true ambassador of the brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guide and assist Retail Stylist with daily operational tasks

Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions

Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram

Perform proper receiving and stocking procedures

Count and reconcile cash register drawers

Prepare deposits and order change from the bank

Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule

Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates

Design a monthly schedule and assign work to foster an efficient and effective workflow

Establish and create a SOP guideline for daily retail operations

Preferred Experience/Skills

Previous retail and supervisor experience

Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals

Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally

Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems

Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training

Ability to motivate a team

BYLT product knowledge

Fast-paced energy level
