Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Client Service Specialist
to join a team. This role is integral to agency operations, focusing on processing enrollments, assisting employees with claims and billing inquiries, and updating systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration and a passion for delivering outstanding client support.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Process employee enrollments and assist with enrollment systems.
Provide support regarding claims, billing inquiries, and benefits questions.
Update and maintain accurate records in systems such as Employee Navigator and Ease.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Serve as a backup to the technical manager, assisting with technology-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in benefits administration.
Proficiency with Employee Navigator and Ease is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Hybrid environment, both remote and in-office as needed.
Technical aptitude and willingness to assist with technology-related tasks is a plus.
