Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Opening/closing business
Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when needed
Attend off‑site sales and job trainings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
