Sales and Leasing Specialist - 103/33 at Chi Omega Sorority

The Sales and Leasing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for the community. This position will drive asset performance through systematic and integrated marketing communications for each individual property as well as the portfolio as a whole.

Responsibilities

Work side by side with Community Managers and Sales and Marketing Team members to ensure all financial goals are met.

Ensure a strong and well‑managed internet presence for the designated community; monitor reviews and report on all marketing activity and results.

Analyze current market conditions and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for existing assets.

Manage lead tracking by contacting and following up leads generated through marketing efforts and document all correspondence with database.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents and their families looking to move into the community and effectively communicate the mission of Lakeshore.

Effectively market our community through networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events.

Identify, establish and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to insure on‑going referrals and continued opportunities to promote the community.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Business, Sales or Marketing Experience Preferred.

Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies – hands on experience.

Technical Marketing Skills – Proven Experience in Customer Service, sales and market research.

Experience with computer proficiency and relevant software applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements Frequently required to sit; frequently required to talk, listen and email. Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds.

Compensation $55,000 – $58,000 per year, with variable commission component that could increase total compensation up to $110,000 per year based on experience.
