Medicare Sales Field Agent – CarePlus Orange/Seminole County
Join CarePlus Health Plans as a Medicare Sales Field Agent in Orange/Seminole County, Florida.
CarePlus Health Plans is a fully owned subsidiary of Humana and offers Medicare Advantage plans, including Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
Pay Range Base pay: $80,000 – $125,000 per year (plus commission and other benefits).
Responsibilities
Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
Create meaningful, face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits.
Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.

Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License required.
Must reside in Orange or Seminole County.
Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in prospective members’ homes, at community events, and public service.
Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance at least 25/25/10 coverage limits.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
Prior experience selling Medicare products.
Experience in public speaking or presenting to groups.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Schedule & Training Flexible schedule with appointments on evenings and weekends required. The first five weeks of employment and attendance are mandatory.
Interview Process Interview will use HireVue technology. If selected, you will receive a text invitation to complete a pre‑screen that takes about 15 minutes.
