We are hiring multiple Chefs to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of venture-backed, modern hospitality companies. The group spans fine dining restaurants, VIP food production, and logistics-driven culinary concepts, with several flagship launches planned for 2026.

The Executive Chef provides strategic and operational leadership across all culinary functions, ensuring exceptional food quality, menu innovation, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to food safety standards. This role leads kitchen teams, manages costs, and maintains consistency in taste, presentation, and overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all kitchen operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and consistency

Conceptualize and execute menus aligned with brand vision and market trends

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing culinary teams

Oversee food quality, presentation standards, cost controls, and supplier partnerships

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Extensive senior-level culinary leadership experience

Strong financial acumen in food and labor cost management

Refined culinary expertise with a demonstrated commitment to innovation and quality
