Bilingual Consumer Lending Sales Specialist - Full Time

We are currently seeking highly-skilled, career-oriented individuals ready to be part of a growing company with a performance-based, hands‑on role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving individual and branch sales goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools and marketing techniques.
Deliver exceptional customer experience while managing a growing consumer loan portfolio.
Present tailored financial solutions aligned with customer goals and needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.
Educate customers on loan terms, conditions, and product features.
Execute and track community marketing initiatives to generate growth.
Support branch financial objectives, maintain adherence to policies, and ensure accurate cash controls.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Sales and/or customer service experience required; one year of sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.
Strong math skills, ability to work independently and in a team, excellent verbal communication, and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to use computer programs to process transactions and maintain records.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel within the division.
Physical and travel requirements:
Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs., and occasional driving.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
