Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to exploretheir passions and create their success!
Afast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schoolsserves4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).
Work Schedule:
Hours vary, Monday-Friday. Winterseason scheduled to begin March 30, 2026.
Salary:
Pursuant to theWaconia Education Association's Collective Bargaining Agreement starting season stipend at $3,534 to $4,739 depending upon experience.
Position Description:
The successful candidate willhave high school lacrosse experience as a player as well as current coaching experiences, andpossess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a recognition, interest, and respect for the needs of students. This position isto help support the head coach and work with both the JV and Varsity coaches to teach skills and support game day duties.
