As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you support the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
What You’ll Do
Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.
Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
Develop relationships to grow your business.
Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience.
Unpack and display stock.
Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
Assist with new hire training.
Open and close the store for business.
Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Pay The expected base wage for this position is $14.00 - $18.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state specific laws.
