Customer Success Specialist Location: Onsite from Plano, TX

Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Qualifications:

Must have 3-5 years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry with hands‑on recruiting experience and exposure of client communication, preferably with O&G or IT MSP clients.

Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts.

Any experience working with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model will be a plus.

Proven experience in staffing, recruiting & client communication, supporting client/ MSP programs from a supplier side.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.

Excellent reputation and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Must be a self‑driven and highly motivated individual.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the single point of contact for our Fortune 500 clients.

Build long‑term client partnerships to understand their challenges and provide solutions.

Maximize market share with a client to make us their trusted staffing supplier.

Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery lead for better coverage and support.

Present candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedback.

Coordinate with client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding.

Coordinate with recruiting team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates.

Use CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities.

Maintain constant communication with clients to build rapport and obtain critical information, including job descriptions, referrals, and business leads.

Additional Requirements:

Must be open to travel across the country, especially locally, and support clients from their offices.

Availability to work outside regular office hours, if needed.
