Job Description AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will be key to driving sales performance, fostering a high‑performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience.
Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
Qualifications
Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Full‑time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
ASE Certification.
