Job Overview
Ducksback Inc is currently hiring part-time CDL Class A drivers to support our Field Operations team. This role is critical in transporting equipment and materials to job sites across the city and nearby regions. We are looking for dependable drivers who can operate manual transmission vehicles and are available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Asphalt or sealcoating experience is a major plus. Who We Are

Safely operate CDL Class A trucks with manual transmission. Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Assist with proper loading and unloading procedures. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain driving logs and adhere to DOT regulations. Support job site operations by coordinating with field crew and supervisors. Follow company safety protocols and ensure compliance at all times. Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A license with manual transmission capability. At least 2 years of driving experience is preferred. Experience in asphalt or sealcoating operations is a strong plus. Must be willing and able to assist with asphalt work when not driving. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Strong understanding of DOT safety regulations and jobsite safety standards. $25.00/hour, with pay based on experience. Weekly pay cycle — get paid consistently and on time.
