Facility / Maintenance Service Full-time & Part-time positions Port Fuel Center is the newest Truck stop in the Port Wentworth/Savannah Area. We are creating a new vision to the fuel center world! Join our team and help us grow our brand-new store and company, Port Fuel Center! Job Responsibilities: Patrols parking lot to maintain building appearance by picking up paper and trash from the sidewalks and parking lots, also reporting any seen issues. Cleans all areas of the facility both inside and outside (for example, floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles, dock area, fuel pumps) utilizing tools, machines, and company-approved chemicals. Oversees maintenance crew, making sure daily tasks are performed. Light Electrical such as changing Ballast Light Plumbing such as tending to leaky faucets, clogged drains. Performs routine maintenance on machines and other equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures. Floor Work such as waxing, buffing. Wall Repair such as patching and painting Power washing sidewalks, and buildings Requirements: 2+ years of Facility /Maintenance experience Will be required to move items from one place to another. Required to lift 50 lbs., anything over 50lbs will require assistance. Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include: pushing, pulling, reaching, squatting, and lifting.
