detail-oriented, parts-focused professional
to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
inventory, organization, and accuracy , and takes pride in keeping a parts operation running smoothly. Prior parts experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with automotive knowledge are encouraged to apply.
What This Role Is Really About
Supplying service technicians with the
correct parts, right the first time
Looking up, pulling, and selling parts efficiently using dealership systems
Managing inventory flow—receiving, verifying, stocking, and tracking parts
Maintaining an organized, professional parts counter and warehouse area
Assisting with merchandising and retail parts displays
Monitoring shortages and backorders and communicating with the Parts Manager
Supporting internal and retail customers with knowledgeable, efficient service
Following dealership procedures for transactions and documentation
